Pros
Relaxed dress code, nice offices, open environment, healthy culture, employee engagement in benefits and event planning, monthly company status meetings on plan and business status. Great reputation and loyalty from customers. Freedom for employees to do the right thing for customers without judgement. Good life work balance. Good benefits.
Cons
Lacks some formal review and promotion structures found at larger firms. Like many private firms there are always a few details about the ownership picture that remain private. Interest in moving from department to department will be recognized, but not as easily accommodated as in larger services firms. A very focused organization. If you like what you do then you will be happy, but don't expect huge growth in terms of career.
