      Toxic Workculture

      1. They will make you travel to Dubai sometimes, consider it as a vacation for Employees

      1. Toxic work environment, no coordination between various departments 2. Management is Toxic. There are few Loggerheads sitting there on the system for long and they run that toxic show. 3.There is no sense of disciplines and if you are joining newly, you will have to abide by those who are in the system for long. 4. It is more like a Call Centre - Support Centre more than an IT Company 5. If you wish to make your life hell, no work life balance it is a great place to be in. 6. This place is always in chaos, each team is in friction with each other, no co-ordination, ego hassles of the managers and few at the tops makes everyone life miserable. 7. More than doing something productive, only discussion throughout the day. At times, people are in meeting for more than 6-7 Hrs on an average throughout the day.

      Honestly, really good salary. That's about it.

      Cons

      Indecisiveness and lack of direction from top, is blamed on the lack of productivity at at the bottom. CEO preaches about culture every year and yet zero actions taken by him or C-Suite. "Great Place to Work" - don't believe it. It was rigged, and it was also because everyone was too scared to vote honestly, despite it being "anonymous". It wasn't. People who didn't vote favorably were called out. They hire incompetent people managers because they want to drive a fear-based culture. HR is too busy running cute events to focus on real problems, and management does not want to hear it either. Just don't work here. You're going to waste your time, and mental effort. If you want to grow in your career, go work somewhere else. If you want a company to retire in, this isn't it either. Unless you like these kinds of companies and thrive in them. There is also a strong culture of nepotism and bias towards a certain "race" here.
