Cons
There's no longer free lunches.
Low pay for the area and the role.
Management actively working against you, very micromanaging type, you will not find any mentor roles here, just bosses.
Don't work here unless you want to go through multiple layers of bureaucracy to get anything done, despite the small company size.
Lack of training.
Aged system thats highly specific and will not provide use to careers outside of the company.
DataCare Response

DataCare values its employees: We periodically evaluate them to reward those who have developed their professional skills, and show the most potential to contribute to company growth. Unfortunately, not all employees show enough growth and responsibility to handle tasks and responsibilities independently. With that in mind, we still welcome specific feedback directly to HR if you would like to share examples upon which we can improve.
- There is free lunch on Wednesdays, although the quality has kind of degraded.
- The workers goof around with each other a lot, people are all around the same age, early 20s to early 30s.
- Company is slowly growing
Cons
- They don't pay you much here. Its way below average compared to other companies.
- The quality of the software is questionable.
- Management needs to care more about the quality of the new features being pushed out.
- Software is outdated and buggy. It needs a major overhaul.
- Its a very small company
People at company are great. Very friendly and willing to help if you ask. Opportunities to work on individual projects and learn. Small company so you get to know almost everyone. Even if someone doesn't know the answer they'll direct you to the right person.
Cons
A little nontransparent with what needs to be done sometimes, but is mostly good. While everyone is super friendly, wish there was more that could be done in terms of promoting employee bonding. Still a great company overall, with a lot of nice upsides.
