      - interesting products development fitting right there were the needs are on customer, hospital and healthcare site - international company with various location and lovely colleagues - agile, flexible work, my ideas are valued and I have lots of space to embrace, improve and develop an organisation with an organisation - great cooperation between all locations

      - Non profit (international) organization with solid backing - Smart and helpful team members - Friendly and smart overseas colleagues - Good benefits - One of my fav benefits: Solid education budget - Travel to HQ at least once a year (so far it happens) - Take care of the employee - Value employee's opinions - Mini library in office - Fruits - Co-work space (personal preference) - OKR-based strategy

      - Hierarchical organization (can't avoid when the employees grow) - Red tapes everywhere in health sector (for industry) - Long term mission takes a while to accomplish - Nothing more that I could think of

      Great team spirit and mission with meaningful purpose

      Pros

      - It is great to work for a nonprofit - The mission is equate to "reaching for the stars" which can be overwhelming but is at the same time a great driver - The colleagues are very welcoming and friendly - The benefits are better than in any other company I worked before

      Cons

      Since the company is quickly growing, the usual pain points are a common struggle. In many ways you need patience. E.g. processes and communication structures still need to be improved. The market we operate in is very complex and with certainty one of the main reasons a lot of the issues come up.
