Large quantity of staff feel they are under paid.
Little to no pay reviews annually.
Sales rewarded frequently and operations staff get forgotten about.
Severe lack of resource in most departments.

immense imbalance between sales and operations reward scale; I understand sales are always the spoitl children of many companies but without operations NOTHING happens and the difference between salaries is abismal. and im not exgaerating on my adjectives
Can be a good opportunity for "Yes People" who follow orders and do not ask any questions

Management set rules that are not allowed to be questioned, if you do question them, then on your head be it. Very much a rigged game set by management. The most clique company I have ever seen!!!!
