not strong for regional connection, some stupid workers and so unbalance workload. sometimes just don't know how they evaluate KPI - - can a salesman sell nothing and get high paid& promoted? rediculous.

No real structure. Projects are proposed on a whim with unrealistic deadllines. Staff always second guessing their decisions due to over bearing senior management. Two rounds of redundancies in my time there. Callous attitude towards staff which explains the high turnover. Had one appraisal in 2 years. No support from management. Everyone is too busy fighting fires. Biggest problem is finance. Most of my time was spent fending off suppliers as invoices are never paid on time. Even though the office is in trendy East London the building is dark and dingy. Resembles a call centre rather than a tech company. The morale is low and everyone is stressed. Atmosphere is schizophrenic and every project is rushed. Can't retain experienced staff and have a policy of employing interns or juniors. My wages were paid late, would be surprised if the company is still here this time next year.
