      Toxic Micromanagement with No HR

      Some great people, products are good, above average pay

      Very high turnover of staff, No resources (funds or people), Awful finance processes which left supplier invoices long overdue and ruined relationships, all decisions (across the whole business) were made by CEO and CFO, No trust or autonomy to anyone - all staff had to download a piece of software to track mouse movements and keyboard strokes, All HR staff were let go with nobody focusing on people/culture, No signs of ‘bonuses’ and zero communication about this, Extremely bullish management approach from CEO and CFO which left staff de-motivated.
