It is truly remarkable that this company is still in operation without legal reproach. HR nightmare - The CEO will unprofessionally yell and swear, as well as threaten to fire employees on a nearly daily basis. There are no health or retirement benefits - things which should be standard for any company looking to hire engineers with ABET accredited degrees. There is no separation of duties between drafters and engineers, and engineers hired here will be expected to turn out CAD drawings. Engineers are also undercompensated per the going market value. There is no QAQC process performed by a competent PE in electrical or mechanical disciplines. Engineers beware - this is a CAD sweatshop that may embroil you in legal troubles and jeopardize your career.
