      Pros

      A young environment with motivated colleagues. The bank takes care of their own in regards of a safe and steady employment. Rarely layoffs.

      Cons

      If your career starts in DNB, your salary seems to be lower, and grow slower compared to other competitive banks. Many colleagues have left the bank to a competitor because of this.

      At Norway’s largest bank, DNB, you have vast growth and development opportunities, great work conditions and exceptional benefits such as stock options and a whole lot of after work activities sponsored by DNB (and much more).

      Cons

      You might be able to earn more other places, however the environment and other benefits compensates for this. The salary is competetive, but not market leading.
