People are optimistic. When hiring demonstrates they care about diversity and inclusion
Cons
When interviewing they don’t explain the job to the fullest. You’re going to be soliciting. They promise growth but you’ll never be over soliciting. They go B2B but don’t even have permits to do so, which leads to being kicked out of places. Inside they do practice covid procedures but their whole business MO is not covid friendly. If you don’t mind being in the sun, cold, approaching people and getting rejected a lot, then you can handle it.

They will be using you for selling their products and you will be required to attend many sketchy places that a lot of times have rude people or sometimes even worse, it’s not worth your time and your health. The times for work are horrible, they expect you to start working from 8am till 8pm on multiple occasions. AVOID AT ALL COST
