      1. Wonderful people and good atmosphere 2. High scientific standards and willingness to improve and adapt 3. Working hours are convenient, and work/life balance is good

      Cons

      Not exactly a con, but the company is a startup. Although it is not very young, things are still changing and evolving, and this requires some patience and flexibility Also, as a startup, career development paths are not well defined, but you do have a lot of very talented people to learn from.
