Pros

In one year we hired and lost: Head of HR, Partners Sales, Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Industries, of Vlocity Practice, of Pharma and Life Sciences, of Consulting, of Retail and Consumer Goods, of PDO Practice with more bold decisions coming. Fastest path to senior or architect title.

Cons

Some customers and partners stop communicating with us. The world may not be ready for this level of excellence. Some employees have difficulty keeping up with such fast innovation.

Hello Creative, Thank you for taking time out to provide us with this feedback. I have been personally involved in some of the decisions that you have highlighted and can tell you that the issues involved were not as trivial as you present them. While I don't agree with all of your feedback, it has caused us to review some of our practices and to solicit feedback from other to see how broad the issues you are raising are. For that reason especially your note is valuable. We hope as your time with us lengthens that you are exposed to more positive experiences. Please do consider reaching out to your manager or HR Business Partner or me to discuss your specific concerns. We are generally predisposed to listen and address things wherever possible. Thank you again for the feedback.

Pros

They struggle from lack of stability.

Cons

They say they have great projects - don't believe it, they just resell developers' heads. Mostly these "projects" is a natural outstaffing when you have limited team, a "big boss" from customer side pushing you all the time and forcing to work on weekends, and all that CT can do is to rotate you to another "project" in 2 months if you complain enough. This "another project" will be the same outstaffing "galera" but with another Customer. Avoid this company if you want to grow as developer. Reviews written about "great interesting projects" with 5* are obviously written by themselves - there is nothing of this kind!

Pros

In general, if you like to work in the "one year of experience in five years" mode, this is your firm. Here you will be thrown into the water and given the opportunity to sort everything out on your own. This is a great school of life.

Cons

The organization is constantly shaken up. Every six months there are some changes, either centralization or decentralization, then bonuses will be introduced, then they will be canceled. At a high level, the project organization is managed mostly by non-professional people. Before they were appointed to high positions, they completed only one or two projects and did not acquire the necessary experience. A high position determines who is right here, not experience and expertise. Project management processes are fragmented, immature, and evolve chaotically. The practice of appointments of PMs to the projects is not transparent - one gets the feeling that on the principle of personal loyalty, not professionalism/expertise. Evaluation of the results is done according to the same principles. Top management makes promises every quarter, which they then refuse "for objective reasons." IMHO, a mature professional has nothing to do here.
