      Pros

      Super exciting industry and the company is well positioned to win in it. CEO is super down to earth and willing to get hands on with things when required. Company actively looks into how to make things better.

      Cons

      Scale up means the work can often get quite hectic with weeks of longer hours due to pressing deadlines. Sometimes decisions in department can heavily impact others without any input from the impacted teams.

      Pros

      - Fully remote - Team is amazing, everyone is so capable and helpful, company culture is great. - There is a great level of trust put into employees and flexibility to manage your time how you see fit as long as the work is being done

      Cons

      - The only Con can be sometimes having to work later hours to accomodate for timezones or to complete work if multiple open items stack up. However I feel this is something that is to be expected at any rapidly scaling company.
