      Pros

      Company was innovative and excited to try new ideas. Owner was available to listen to new proposals.

      Cons

      Management and owner showed favoritism among employees. Favored employee was publicly (and privately) rude to other employees and management ignored the situation. This created a negative and awkward work environment for the entire office.
