Pros

The pay is good and you get a lot of holiday days

Cons

No health insurance or pension benefits. No onboarding process at the Irish branch. Massive disconnect between manager assigned to train me and company director. To keep it short it was a genuinely upsetting experience and the worst I have ever been treated in a company. After just 8 weeks I quit as there was no sign of an improvement in behaviour.

Pros

Management are generally pretty good, colleagues are great to work with and there is a very helpful and encouraging environment.

Cons

Pay is pretty poor for technical work. The work can be pretty demanding for a low paid job. Multiple workers who started at the same time doing the same role are on different pay, without this being disclosed to the workers.

Pros

Some incredible members of the team who are supportive, informative and motivating.

Cons

If you hit your targets there’s still a chance of you being let go. I only recommend going to this company if you have prior experience and don’t have many hobbies outside of work.
