Pros

No pros at all. All the 5-4 star rating are given by their HR team just to manipulate the candidate, please don't believe them, instead talk to candidate and then take a decision.

Cons

Worst CEO No salary give during notice period They make lot of promises before joining, but once we join then they show their color, they bring lot of policies which are not mentioned in offer letter ( because if they put, nobody will join the company) . Don't waste your time and energy here, it's okay even if you are unemployed , but don't join this nonsence company.

None I could find to mention at all.

1- The founders only care about making profits and if you look deeply into stuffs you would realise they have no plans on growth rather they need the money for lavish lifestyle. 2-you won’t get any appraisal what so ever, they will simply delay it stating stupid reasons. 3- they won’t even get you a good system to work on, forget Mac they would ask you to work on your own system. 4-Believe me when I say this but they don’t have any written HR policy or any standard SOPs 5-Feel pity for the recruiters there as one of them became my friend and she told me the only way they would make you permanent if you get them revenues, I mean come on they are recruiters not your sales team. 6- They have almost major unicorns in their clientele so once you onboard with them an active clause with their clients won’t let you work with them for the next 3 years..so imagine letting go of the chance to work with companies like swiggy,Ola,Byju’s,vedantu,grab,Rupeek etc 7- The leadership team gets offended if you point out few bugs in the application. 8- there are sessions in which the coo would make the whole office sit and create new mail ids just to put good reviews on glassdoor. 9- if you are planning to leave make sure you take all your money before you do, cause they would come up with stuffs to not pay you. 10- The recruiter won’t even tell you that it’s a contract job, they told me it’s a full time and permanent opportunity with us(us means goscale) your client may lay you off anytime and they would stop your salary and would put you to any open position they have with client..you don’t get to chose your client or project. I was asked to work on mantainance project and was made to take interviews for them.
