      -Get a chance to work on different kind of projects -Satisfactory Client Base

      Cons

      -Poor Work Environment -Feel likes a jail (you are not allowed to talk, not allowed to pick up calls, not allowed to open the gate to take your order ) -Overtime is almost everyday. No offs on Saturdays. Lack of work -life balance -if you take holiday or half day or reach a little late, they cut your pay significantly. -People working with the boss are frustrated. No one is happily working there. -Boss has major attitude problems, you can't deal with her easily. -Lack of Structuring: it add to their woes. -Staff unhappy. 1-2 Resignations is common every month

      -Employees who feel same for boss makes easy to survive -Good for those who have just came out of graduation

      Cons

      -SR. Manager is only for name sake -Bad salary, no respect for employees -They shall treat you like slaves -They may throw you out if u raise voice against wrong -They shall spoil ur career by giving bad review against you in case required. #cheapact - asking for clearing dues is considered as harassing mgt #slowclap
