      Career often engages you do completely that you can loose track of time spent while working through tasks. If you are not extremely disciplined you might become absorbed by your projects.

      Very flexable working hours. Great co-workers. No office politics. Very stress free. Lots of people who leave Cray end up coming back after a few years.
