      Pros

      Good management, will allow you work remotely if work allows. Great support system, people are willing to help if you need it. Learns from their mistakes

      Cons

      For performance reviews, you have 3 goals to work towards each year. Sort of expected to work towards them outside work (tied to the raises you get the next year).

      no actual training what so ever. Come in they expect you to know what to do and how to do it
