      Pros

      Service department is excellent. Good clients wanting the brand. Dealership has been around for a while so it's known around.

      Cons

      By far the most unprofessional upper management I have ever encountered! Don't value staff, don't care about employee experience. HR department is just as unprofessional as the managers they advise. Limited growth opportunities. Not a collaborative team environment.

      Horrible Environment- Audi Of Richmond

      Pros

      - good traffic at the auto mall - audi is a good brand - there are some great people who work there.

      Cons

      - Owners are completely disconnected - You are belittled at any opportunity Sr Management has the opportunity to do so - Leadership does not lead by example. Can barley find a manager to support. Always in meetings - NO opportunity for growth - There is NO teamwork or culture in this company
