Pros

• A successful business, highly competitive in expedited shipping. • Generous year-end bonus. • A very good health insurance policy with $0 premium • Daily food allowance with plenty of snacks at the pantry.

Cons

• A business minded company with an arrogant upper management who sit on their “beach chairs” waiting for a shipment to be delivered and go home leaving behind a company that struggles to keep up with corporate standards. • Unprofessionalism at its heights- stems from the behavior of 70% of employees (high valued) who are friends and relatives of each other and treat the workplace as a playground, while the management sees it as their backyard • Abusive conduct is very prevalent. If mistakes are made, you will be insulted, characterized about your actions and demoralized. • No HR personnel and the company doesn’t have plans for it. In the presence of a HR, neither the management nor the “high valued” can behave the way they want to. • The company lacks internal working structure. If you need administrative assistance that does not concern the business, then be prepared to follow-up each day and suffer from anxiety until it gets done. • Work-life balance is non-existent. Work is demanding and the nature of work is unconventional. Your personal life will not be acknowledged. PTO is only 10 days earned 1 year after joining. • The management is reckless in their employment decisions and values just a handful. Irrespective of your contributions, don’t be surprised if you get fired. I was unfortunate to work in the Operations department which is thrice as toxic. This place added no professional value, instead I found it degrading by the day. I tolerated CNW’s every tantrum, disrespect and insult only because I was in a humbled phase, needing to make some compromises for growth. I tried hard to exit and finally did, but not in the most desired way. This isn’t a spot for intellectuals and career-oriented individuals to whom a job is much more than just a paycheck.

Pros

Where to begin? Pay was great Benefits were amazing Hours were reasonable and flexible Potential for promotion is there but somewhat nepotistic *SOME* of the coworkers were great people Paid for your lunch Bonus every year + evaluation with potential raise Working here will get your name out in the logistics world in a heartbeat. (Was fired and hired elsewhere two days later)

Cons

Extremely ineffective at training and preparing employees. Effectively dropped people in with little to not guidance and then got mad when you made mistakes. The quote "no such thing as a stupid question" was absolutely lost to these guys. God forbid you needed help or didn't understand something. It was like asking a child how many teeth they wanted pulled. Speaking of children, a third of the office including several supervisors had a high school esque clique that would act like absolute brats. Extremely stressful and uncooperative. They would never listen to requests or suggestions. Complete disregard for proper etiquette. Get ready to get called stupid daily. Poor resolution of greivances. Slurs and harrassment infest that company and dont expect the management team to mediate it properly. There's no human resources. There's no sense of comradity. They will renege on every promise they make and dont expect your bonus until halfway through the year. It's the time they look to fire as many people as possible or get them to quit before they give out the bonuses.

Pros

Nothing good to say I'm afraid.

Cons

No work-life balance, a Toxic environment, brutal management line, no option to grow in the company, no training, and onboarding proper plans, and NOT VALUING THEIR EMPLOYEES AT ALL.
