Cons
I had a dual role at the company. I loved the administrative part of the job. I had a hard time with learning some of the legal software that I needed to help with customer support.
Alot of favoritism
Only one or two managers who actually care about their team.
Lack of planning left alot of repeat issues.
Poor internal communication
Its software support, so you can only use the expwrience here in other software roles.
