It looks like a great company — until the honeymoon period ends a month or two in.

Cons

They promote their “culture,” yet behind the scenes it’s filled with drama and gossip. Some managers display strong narcissistic tendencies. If you care about protecting your career, seriously consider staying away. The mobile tower business is declining regardless.
