      Pros

      I was extremely hesitant to start working at Core Value when I first started just because it was a very small company. I will say the C-Suite continuously blows me away with their honesty, integrity, and commitment to treat every member of the company with respect and equality. I'm grateful to be a part of this mission. The base salary is what got me, and the culture is definitely what keeps me!

      Cons

      My biggest con for this company would be that there isn't currently a 401k or additional employee benefits outside of healthcare.

      Pros

      warm, welcoming, loving, I walked in here lost and they open their arms wide and welcomed me, made me feel a part of something great, made me want to be a better person, it is truly a blessing to be an employee here at core value and to grow with this company
