Where do I start? - There's a pattern emerging on this web page's reviews which prospective employees and customers would do well to take note of.
+ Incredibly negative, unfriendly, fearful and protectionist culture which the company's longer-term employees do their best to maintain
+ An owner who changes direction at the drop of a hat, has absolutely NO loyalty to staff whatsoever
+ Note to new starts - You are ON YOUR OWN from the moment you walk in, as there is absolutely NO training, support or even positive encouragement from management
+ Incredibly high turnover of staff, therefore there's no continuity
+ Communication between management and staff is non-existent
To summarise. Hindsight is a great thing, but it was without ANY doubt, the worst career decision I have ever made to accept a position working for the odious individual who owns this company
