      One of the worst company to work for in Limerick

      Cantine is ok. Some nice people

      Cons

      High turnover which can be explained by: - poor salary - Terrible mid management, very poorly qualified. - Nepotism. If you are a family member or a friend, its fine. You will move up quickly even if an other candidate who has more experience and a degree apply for the same job. To be honest the people who are working in Cook can be classified in 2 categories: - the one who knows that they wont be able to get an other job somewhere else and need to pay for their mortgage and car loan. They usually stay there forever. - The young staff that need a first experience but move quickly to a more serious company

      meet some nice people not in my department I'm afraid

      rude management with no knowledge at all, no training provided you are left alone; you better not request training or ask questions as this is a reason for management to bully you

      Nice colleagues and environment for work.

      Cons

      Bad Management. It used to be a good company , probably the best employer in Limerick (IRL) but now the new "fashion" of rubbish contracts imported from Southern Europe countries (3 months, 6 months, or probably with no expiry date like a Damocles sword so they can fire you anytime) makes you think twice in case they offer you a job. Bad organization , specially HR and customer services Supervisors. They constantly have same adverts online, what makes you think why??
