Convertium reviews about "work life balance"

Team is really good at their work. Like so good you wouldn't expect work so good from an agency so small. Place is fun, where people are nice and pretty interesting to hang around with. TONS of opportunities to pick up new skills. Pretty good if you have a passion for digital. Don't come here if you're not willing to work hard though or just can't stand the world of digital. Very strong focus on UX, which is pretty awesome, for the eventual work created normally is very high in quality (note to potential clients, Convertium does really darn great work!)
