      Pros

      - Very nice colleagues, no politics, everyone's helpful and nice and supportive - Big clients for a small agency, so lots of exposure - Pretty cutting edge when it comes to web-builds. Get to do good projects - Very knowledgeable colleagues

      Cons

      - Sky high expectations. No joke. Expectations are much higher than similar roles in other agencies, even the international ones. It can get demoralizing after a while. - Don't have extensive benefits, althou the basics are there - Upper management not very communicative - Process and resource management are play by ear

      Pros

      - Vast range of projects from multiple industry verticals - Big name clients - The management is open to new design and user research ideas. A lot of freedom and a sense of ownership is provided for this. - More responsibilities and opportunities are bestowed on young newcomers (as compared to other agencies) - Fair compensation - Great colleagues and a flat organisation structure. Everyone is approachable. - Frequent dinner parties (at fancy places) and get togethers.

      Cons

      - High standards compared to other agencies. So you will need to be on your toes and spend a lot of time/effort defending your ideas in internal reviews. - To keep a work-life balance may be challenging at times. - No current structure for training and skill upgrade opportunities. Employees are expected to independently seek training/workshops which the company may agree to sponsor

      The incredible team of individuals is genuinely friendly and supportive. The exposure to a wide variety of projects. Excellent opportunity for fresh grads and no experience individuals.

      Cons

      Subpar Salary: Unfortunately, the compensation offered by the company is not competitive. The demanding workload often requires employees to put in extra time and effort, resulting in a work-life imbalance.
