Pros

Some of the others that work there are excellent people that make great friends. Working with some of the clients can be rewarding. Agency work is fun because of the variety.

Cons

Always puts customer over employees. Pretends to care about employees, until it comes to standing up to client abuse. Will take work that the company can't take on without burning people out. So much gaslighting to make you feel like you're not a 'team player' or 'happy and scrappy' if you speak up.
