Very transparent environment It will take hard work but there is huge earning potential (not just a cliche, experienced recruiters will make more than most tech candidates they place). Unlimited ability to grow your client base (no one at this firm wants to take your clients - they are too busy) Fantastic technology tools to succeed Bright co-workers Innovative approach to recruiting A huge client list of some of the best tech companies in NYC Massive database of candidates to recruit
Cons
The transparent approach can be difficult for some personality types Minimal hand-holding can be hard for junior recruiters but is better for more aggressive, hungry recruiters This is a more sophisticated recruiting firm so the learning curve can take longer, this isn't a firm for someone who expects to learn everything in a week.
