Hq did treat satellite office differently but didn't consider the COL difference between Tampa and Ohio for pay.

Good starting point. I worked in the Tampa office. Easy to move up. Managers were super helpful and always available.

Cons

Disconnect from main office for training and requirements for promotion. Had to work outside of regular schedule and even on vacation.

Where do I begin? Terrible culture -- worst culture by far of any place in my career. Management lies to their contractors. Pay is a joke. Management is horrendous. Employees are very cliquey. Just an awful place. My best advice is to sty away from this company, either as an employee or a contractor.
