It's good experience - if you can handle this workload with their quality standards, you will do well elsewhere Coworkers are nice & everyone works hard

Cons

It's hard to live on the (non-negotiable) salary they provide, and the mandatory workload is difficult to maintain. This is the kind of profession that should really be unionized.
