Cons
Management seems to be running the company into the ground. They overlook the elephant in the room and focus on the minutia. There has been a shift in the ethics of the company in that they allow one of their VP's to berate the employees by yelling obscenities at them. People at the top should never have to raise their voice much less shout obscenities. This toxicity spreads to all departments because no one at the top would take up the torch to stop it. When the employees had enough of it, they either left or pushed back. The ones that pushed back were then labeled troublemakers and were made miserable.
