      Pros

      It's a very firm company with over 90 years and they're always investing in new technology, the owners really care about all their employees. They give Christmas and Easter vacations, they also make a yearly party for everybody with shows and comedians.

      Cons

      It's hard to grow within the company. The information is rarely shared between departments. Salaries are not always the best at entry level.
