Pros: The biggest "pro" at Consensus is the leadership. I have never worked for a company where every level of management is so willing to help you navigate a sales cycle. They are genuinely in the trenches with you, providing help rather than pressure. It’s a very collaborative, high-influence environment where your ideas for improvement are actually implemented.

Cons

Cons: We are definitely still scaling, so expect some lack of process and "startup" hurdles—though it is getting better every month. The main drawback is that the compensation is below market rates. The company is great, but the pay needs to be re-evaluated to match the level of talent they expect.
