      Pros

      Consensus was formerly J2 Global. This company like J2 Global needs to be avoided. The pay foreigners less than Irish for doing same jobs. They have management who have favorites and don't put the values of the company first. They treat people unfairly and their managers are directors especially in Ireland are not experienced enough look after and take care staff.

      Small team in Ireland Ok salary Good healthcare plan

      Cons

      The company tries to be organized but in the end is too much work for not so many employees Extremely focus on pleasing the premium costumers but not so much when it comes to small costumers I do more work than I should Is good if you are not planning to grow in the company, works like a 1-2 years job
