      Pros

      Medium size firm, but everyone gets along pretty well. I honestly believe that any other staff member would help me if I needed it. The Partners are always available and happy to talk to any employee.

      Cons

      Mainly work on one project so far. Not necessarily a con, but you won't work on a different client every week.

      I worked at Conrad LLP for a few years, and I absolutely loved it! The team is awesome, and everyone is super supportive and friendly. I really appreciate the flexible work from home policy, and it's great to be part of a company that values my well-being and development. The work can be challenging, but that's what keeps it interesting, and I feel like I learned something new every day. Overall, I'm really happy I worked at Conrad LLP and would definitely recommend it to others.
