      I've found the company culture to be collaborative, inclusive, and supportive, fostering a great work environment for employees at all levels.

      Cons

      One area for improvement is the salary structure, which I've found to be below-average compared to industry standards for similar roles and responsibilities.

      US based IT Storage company with decent historical record. Technically run business rather than commercially run.

      Cons

      As above, technically driven business with below average commercial grasp of the marketplace in which it plays.
