      Beware - They Hire Recruiters & BDMs to steal

      Pros

      Younger group with a lot of energy. Everyone works hard, including the Managers and Partners.

      Cons

      They mainly hire staff from the staffing industry to steal clients from their former companies. They have a grace period for when they fire recruiters and sales reps. 4 months, 6 months, 12 months, 15 months. Then you're gone. Termination is based on popularity and not performance. Individuals have been fired after performing to the standards given. Most quit right before, beforehand because they can see all the signs. They promise work life balance, but they DO NOT offer that at all.

Anyone who has worked in the staffing industry knows that you have to work hard and have integrity to maintain a strong client base. We've maintained a very strong client base and have been able to share our long-standing relationships with new staff to help them develop their business. People that value integrity and have a strong work ethic succeed at Connect Search.

      Micromanaging are it’s finest

      My team was AMAZING and I met some people that will be friends for life

      Upper Management has no clue what they are doing. The sales team treats the recruiters like they are literal dirt on the ground. Telling us our candidates were trash or we were terrible at our jobs. God forbid we ask questions , because if you did, get ready for the flames of hell to come at you. If you bring issues up, nothing gets resolved and gets brushed under the rug. The cut throat environment, stealing candidates and working with some of the shadiest coworkers I have ever met is something that was not for me. Upper Management 100% had favoritism and would chose candidates from only certain recruiters. Don’t even get me started with the micromanaging. One email would get sent out, three others would follow to reiterate that we need to step it up as recruiters and do our jobs, WITH NO JOBS to work on. We are going through a pandemic, yet they blamed our numbers dropping on us. Upper Management expected us to do sales jobs for them and get leads and what not because who the heck knows what they were doing all day. In the end, I would never go back and I truly hope they get it together for the sake of current employees.

      Hardworking Leaders, Best database software - Bullhorn (implemented only five years ago- relevant/efficient), Community Volunteer involvement, Charity Commitee, Organized Administrative ‘Back Office’ team, Reliable Payroll for internal employees and external contractors, Awesome Healthcare (Blue Cross Blue Shield) and Company Outings/Celebrations

      Abusive work environment, toxic personalities, poor communication, sexist work environment, minimal work-life balance, poor promotions, over enhanced titles, misleading ideals, no morals/ethical values, and immature collaboration
