No pros people should consider working at Mc Donald rather than here

1. They take the original 10'th certificate in the name of bond from freshers and wont return it unless you complete 1 year with them. In-case you don't like the process and decide to change your mind about working there, they will tell you to pay money to them to get your certificate back from them. 2. The Managers & Director micromanage on an extreme level, keeping an eye on you through the camera and sending warning emails without any prior notice for the stupidest things. 3. The Company has health hazard issues, you will find roaches crawling on your desk or in the coffee machine and no proper hygiene is conducted. 4. There is no fun employee activity, at EOD all they want is for their employees to work like slaves. 5. Incentive structure is way below what the market is providing. 6. Loads of politics, groupism & unprofessionalism. 7. HR's there are not HR's, they're photographers who are doing full time photo shooting of employees. Ex, (If you fall asleep on your desk they will come and take picture and send it to the management) - (If you don't feel well they will tell you to go home instead of telling you to take a breather because they'd rather put you on half day salary than have someone trying to work regardless of how they feel) 8. Most of the employees there are freshers who are forced to complete 1 year because the management has confiscated their 10'th certificate. Once they finish 1 year, they will cheese you by giving you a 2-4k hike to retain the employee. 9. Most managers I've seem there like to toss their work on the freshers, the managers also tell you to perform overtime if you don't reach your daily target, you don't get paid for overtime and if you don't stay till 5-6 AM they will threaten you by saying your job will be at risk. 10. No bonuses are provided by the company, no employee of the month bonus, quarterly bonus, weekly bonus or yearly bonus. Just get your submissions in, that is all they care about.

Pros

Communication is excellent in this company. Everyone is very nice, caring, and employee-driven. Pritika Sharma, John Wesley, and Diana go above and beyond to help the employees and are one phone call/text away. Would not be any better company than this! 100% Recommended!

Pros

Management people are more transparent, High prospects for long-term client projects. Immigration work is handled exceptionally. No issues regarding placement and payroll. The team is very responsive to address any issue, technical or non technical while working at the client Work culture is healthy, open communication is highly encouraged.

Pros

Working at Conflux offered several valuable advantages. The supportive and collaborative team culture fostered a sense of community and made tackling challenges enjoyable. Friendly management gives you great support. Overall, Conflux Systems provided a platform for me to learn, contribute, and thrive in my role. Good pay.

Cons

While my experience at Conflux was generally positive, there were a few areas that could have been improved. Communication between departments sometimes seemed lacking, which occasionally led to misunderstandings or delays. Overall, though, these were relatively minor issues in an otherwise productive and fulfilling work environment.

As a professional recruiter, my time at Conflux systems Staffing was one of the most disappointing and disheartening experiences of my career. This company's lack of organization, poor leadership, and unethical practices left me questioning the entire US staffing industry. I strongly caution other recruiters to think twice before associating themselves with Conflux systems. First and foremost, the management at Conflux Systems displayed a complete lack of understanding and appreciation for the recruitment process. Instead of fostering an environment where recruiters could excel and deliver results, they consistently implemented unrealistic and arbitrary targets. Quality candidate placements took a back seat to meeting numbers, resulting in subpar hires that negatively impacted both clients and candidates. The company's approach to candidate engagement was equally problematic. We were encouraged to flood job boards with generic job postings, hoping to attract any candidate regardless of suitability. This scattergun strategy not only overwhelmed our team but also wasted valuable time sifting through unqualified applications. It became evident that Conflux Systems cared more about inflating the candidate database than finding the right fit for clients. Furthermore, the lack of communication and transparency from management was appalling. I often found myself struggling to get clear answers or support when dealing with difficult clients or candidates. The lack of guidance and proper training made it extremely challenging to excel in my role and deliver top-notch service to both clients and candidates. Compensation and benefits at Conflux Systems were another sore point. The promised commission structure was a mere illusion, with numerous loopholes and ever-changing criteria that made earning bonuses nearly impossible. This not only left recruiters feeling undervalued but also bred an unhealthy sense of competition and mistrust among the team members. One of the most concerning aspects of Conflux Systems was their willingness to sacrifice ethical standards to close deals. I witnessed several instances where the company misrepresented job opportunities to candidates, leading to disappointment and disillusionment when the real job description came to light. This practice tarnished the reputation of the entire staffing industry and undermined the trust of both candidates and clients. Finally, Conflux Systems's lack of investment in technology and modern recruitment tools hindered our ability to compete in a fast-paced and evolving job market. Outdated systems and processes made our jobs needlessly cumbersome and contributed to a high turnover of recruiters. In conclusion, my time at Conflux Systems was a distressing and disillusioning experience. The lack of organization, unethical practices, and disregard for recruiters' well-being and professional growth make it a company to avoid at all costs. As a recruiter, I urge my peers to seek out organizations that prioritize integrity, invest in their employees, and focus on building meaningful connections with both candidates and clients. Conflux Systems does not align with the values and standards that true recruitment professionals should uphold.
