Pros

Great people who do great work.

Cons

The company and powers that be continue to not listen to employees and make decisions that hinder everyone's ability to do their jobs. The higher ups are out of touch and continuously hide behind emails to enforce their agenda.

Pros

I like the people, I’ve met some truly amazing folks here that I enjoy working with. There’s a variety of work and access to prestigious brands. The pay is decent and competitive.

Cons

Reorg after reorg leaves people either stranded on islands or grouped into odd placements. Lack of resources and expected to wear many hats that aren’t part of the JD to get things done. No clear growth path, feels easy to get lost in the reorg shuffle. Upper management asks for feedback but doesn’t actually want it.
