Terrible Management

Recommend
CEO approval
Business outlook

Pros

WFH, Flexible Schedule, shifts come open pretty fast

Cons

100+ calls a shift. Barely have time to go to the bathroom there are so many calls. Upper management doesn’t pay attention to what anyone is doing unless they don’t like you then they bully you and find things to nitpick. Upper management has favorites and lets those that are favorites sit and do nothing expecting the few others to do all the work. Different rules for different people. High turnover. Behavioral nurses are lazy and expect the AC’s to do all their work while they sit idle. A good amount of the nurses are rude and mean.

Cons

Chronically understaffed to the point of accelerating burnout Responsibilities are frequently added with small to very small yearly compensation increases Leadership is not transparent about pay or rationality of raises or changes

RUN AWAY

Recommend
CEO approval
Business outlook

Pros

Zero patient interaction. Revolving door of employees so getting the shift you want may be easier to obtain.

Cons

Zero accountability for poor performance. Conduit values time served so the individuals who have multiple years with the company, sit back and watch the newer folks do all the work. As well as don’t punish those individuals for constant mistakes and laziness. While if you are newer and make similar mistakes, you are fired. Direct supervisors have zero control and the management above does nothing to fix issues. Instead of coming and having conversations about what they could do to improve quality of work, they will make unnecessary changes and push out an email the day prior. Expecting you to be on board and up to speed. Upper management seems to be run by individuals with ZERO experience or degrees pertaining to managing the Access Center.
