- Flexible working culture (doesn't mean that flexible working hours) - Motivation indeed, but no pressuring situation - Fun & Friendly atmosphere - No specific dress code, you can wear whatever you want until its decent enough - Decent Machine with licensed softwares to work with - Sr. / Jr. classification indeed in terms with work, yet MD's interaction on almost equal level to each employee irrespective to his / her tenure or experience - Understanding management who will understand each employee's personal life problem, and at times will not only give consultation yet financial assistance as well - Saturday & Sunday week-offs - Process oriented approach for almost everything, so some may like it and some may not; yet, again flexibility applies wherever needed - Client communication opportunity to almost each and every individual - MD is ready to listen each and every individuals problem, and if possible will try to resolve it - Supportive & Guiding colleagues (literally you can ask anyone about his forte and he / she will guide you) - Not as big as any MNC, yet have executed and is working on quite a few MNC level projects - Yearly trip, a few one day picnics, R&R function, occasional luncheon / dinner, tech sessions, etc.

Benefits are okay, the work is interesting with many technical advancements for a beginner in the IT field. A lot to learn as a fresher. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic M.D. who makes sure work place is fun.
