Pros
There aren't many. Turnover rate is high due to management which happens to be owner and wife having no interpersonal skills to speak of. Current employees are recent graduates that accept job opportunities for the sake of having a job
Cons
Worse experience of my life. Owner will openly criticize and embarrass you in front of peers. To give you an idea of the type of people you will deal with....they are a web hosting and development company. They purchased a domain name for probably $7-12 for a then client of theirs. Renewal is once a year. Well, the client decided to leave, as an attempt of revenge they charge the ex client $35 to renew that domain every year. They won't release or sell it
