      Pros

      Technical team runs the business, but there is a lot of churn for sales reps. They are great for employees and do not micro-manage. Hybrid work environment is nice for those who take their own initiative.

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      The culture is generally very good. Collaborative and supportive. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Engineers can feel pretty unappreciated compared to the sales team. Be prepared to work outside your job description and outside your salary hours. Pay is mediocre. If your every moment isn't logged on your calendar, you won't get any recognition for any work.
