26 Jan 2023 - Regulatory Compliance Specialist in CorkRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The company offers fully remote, hybrid or on-site work - you choose. Can work flexible hours which is very convenient. Very good work-life balance. Annual leave was recently increased to 24 working days and 2 company half days. Great induction program; and everyone is very helpful.
Cons
There is health insurance (for you and your family) and pension, but only after 6 months, when you pass probation.

Pros
Not really great pros, usual things
Cons
No proper review system in company

Pros
C&R have a great company culture, everyone is very nice, friendly and supportive. It is a remote first company, which suits me as I prefer to work from home, but they also have office locations for the folks that prefer a hybrid option. They have a great connected workplace policy where I can relocate globally, and they will support the move. There has been a lot of recruitment recently and we are growing, which is exciting.
Cons
I can't think of any at the moment

Pros
The company offers flexible working options which supports a good work life balance. You can opt for hybrid, fully remote or office based. Anyone working remotely will feel like they are effective and productive - the supports are in place to make you feel connected e.g. remote-first principles, cameras on, stand-ups etc. There is flexibility in work hours too. The culture is inclusive and collaborative. Employees are friendly and enthusiastic. People feel empowered. They make a good effort in the Employee Wellbeing space, they value their people.
Cons
Annual Leave is statutory but increases after 3 years of service. You have to complete probation before you are eligible for health insurance and pension. That said, salaries are competitive.

Pros
*Supportive environment *Bosses are less managers and more mentors *Push for Growth *Company in an accelerated growth phase
Cons
*Not a con but you have find your way around your job which is exciting as many JD won't cover every responsibility. There always will be support from the team and a lot of learning to do on the go. Filled the con section out because we have to. There are no real cons that I have come across.
