This company does NOT know how to deal, handle, or manage people due the inept CEO and President. In addition, he is the poor English speaker. Moreover, is there the issue/ problem with truth...fabrications, or is plain and simple incompetence. Perhaps many different contributing factors.

Competent Systems has been in the business for the past 10yrs with its CEO being fulltime employee for some of the fortune companies in the USA and himself has been in the area of business development. Just because the CEO is an Asian American entrepreneur and has accent different than a natural American born does not in itself mean that his communication is bad. If this review is written by a BDM it’s imperative that one understands the need to communicate across different dialect. It is expected from Sales and Business Development Managers to generate business for a company and performance reviews would determine your productivity and future with any company.
Competent Systems has always been a place of opportunities for everyone who proved themselves. Our oldest employee is been with us for the last 8yrs and the recent for past 2yrs. Competent Systems values its employees and provides an excellent work culture and work-life balance to its employees. It’s important for Competent Systems that every employee proves themselves for the position they have been hired for either in the areas of Business Development, Recruitment, Account Management or any of the IT positions. Employees with hard work and dedication are compensated accordingly.
FY 2013 our sales have increased by 30%, we are growing and it’s because of our employees and clients. In the past couple of years we have grown to 200 Employees in the USA and have been ranked as one of the top employers in a Staffing and consulting industry.

We are not sure if you are our (employee) Recruiter or a vendor company. It does not sound like you are our employee. However, part of our business is to inquire and submit candidates to open requirements, yes sometimes our vendors/client end up receiving communication from us more than once only and only if the position is open and we have not heard back from them on our previous submission or to inquire of new business.
We do not see anything wrong in submitting candidate for the position they are qualified for.
