      Pros

      A free meal on your shift and a work flow that is easy to memorize and mentally prepare for.

      Cons

      Criminal management. My father was dying in the hospital I was working at and my boss waited til I finished my shift to fire me. They told me that it was special treatment whenever I called during one of the worst moments of mine or my dying fathers life.
