      Place for a pit stop

      Pros

      Not much of challenges and changes. Everyone "seems" nice to you and do not set a higher goal and you may earn some easy money + overtime charges -- but not that high. Steady job environment.

      Cons

      Pay low. Even higher of levels than you expected (Years of stay considered as well). No bonus for first 3 years. No regulated leave for first year.

      company locate in a good location. This is a local company and provide bonus based to employee.

      Cons

      Base salary lower than other company but bonus is higher. colleague not all qualified, some is lazy and older style.

      Stable environment, the location is fine. A place where you can build up your fundamental knowledge about OEM/ODM business process and engineering abilities.

      Cons

      Benefits so-so, this company may not focusing on innovation technologies but the rules to follow electronics manufacturing. It's not exactly a right place for employees who is looking for something "new" at the moment.
