      Some of the coworkers were great. Upper management and higher, awful.

      Cons

      This company doesn't encourage promotion from within; the HR department rarely responds to emails, and they often overlook experienced individuals to hire friends.

      the mission is great and the purpose for why you work there is a big reason why many people continue to work there.

      Cons

      overwhelming place to work. many tasks. not always compensated for extra projects. there isn't enough time in the day to complete all necessary job requirements. need more raises for employees. often having to be flexible with job due to others not being at work, call outs, etc.
